Guy has been commissioned to write a double choir motet for the 50th anniversary concert of the Phoenix Singers which will hopefully take place in 2021. Having been asked for a celebratory piece, he has chosen the text ‘Laudibus in Sanctis’, which is the adaptation of Psalm 150 used in Byrd’s famous setting.
